Shipping & Returns

No matter on what is written below, if you are not satisfied with the products received,  you have 14-days guarantee from the time you received the products, to ask for a return (product must be unused and in original packaing).

RETURNS

If you are not happy with the item purchased, please contact us and see where the problem is, on a following E-mail: info@break-thelines.com. We will glady help to solve the problem and to figure out wheather you will decide for a refund or to just receive new item as an exchange. If you decide to make a return, we will also need photos and description of what was wrong on the items purchased. Please send everything mentioned on our E-mail: info@break-thelines.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should contact us on E-mail: info@break-thelines.com and we will send you the adress on where the product shall be sent.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are approved, firstly we will offer you the same but undamaged item as an exchange, to replace the current item. If you will agree to the exchange, we will send new item to the same adress as your first purchase. It you decide for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items purchased with a discount CODE can not be refunded.

SHIPPING

All the items are sent by standard shipping via POŠTA SLOVENIJE.

We process the order from MONDAY – FRIDAY (excluding holidays). When you make a purchase on our online shop, it may take from 24h – 48h for us, to pack the item and send it to you.

Shipping to European Union countries may take anywhere from 2-9 business days. It may take 3-15 business days for shipment to arrive to Other European countries (not in EU) countries, excluding Russia – it can take anywhere from 7-35 business days for shipment to arrive to Russia. The shipping to ZDA and Canada may take anywhere from 5-9 business days. For other countries not mentioned, it may take around 5-30 business days for the shipment to arrive. To all the shipping estimated times, we can add 24h-48h – time to process and ship the item.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

For shipment towards NON-EU countries, items can be a subject to custom duties and taxes. Any additional tax neccesary to clear the package through customs is to be paid fully by the recipient. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
